Yes. Under Customs Law, the sender is legally responsible for the information on the declaration. So, it’s in your own interest to make sure you completely it accurately and in full. Have questions? Just ask a member of staff in-branch.
No, Parcelforce Worldwide globaleconomy does not include cover for delay, loss or damage to your parcel.
If you need compensation or delivery guarantee, then globalpriority or globalvalue services have £100 maximum compensation inclusive with the price.
Yes, they do. It’s important to check the item you’re sending is allowed in the destination country so we’ll pay compensation in the event of loss or damage.
